Most orders are dispatched within 2 working days of receiving your order unless we are experiencing extremely busy times, for example Christmas holidays. Please allow a few extra days during these periods. We make every effort to deliver your goods in the shortest time possible. If the item which you order is out of stock, or is going to be delayed in any way, we will contact you via email and offer you the option to cancel should you not wish to wait.
If you would like to 'collect in person', we are located in a little village called Swanbourne, just 10 minutes from Milton Keynes. Drop us a line and we can arrange a time that suits you. Post & packaging costs are as follows:
£2.50 for orders between £0 – £9.50
£4.95 for orders over £9.50
USA and The rest of the world £15.00 for orders £0 - £50.00
USA and The rest of the world £20 for orders over £50.00
Due to customs clearance please allow 5-10 working days for shipping outside of the EU.
Import Duty and VAT For Deliveries Outside of the EU.
Each country varies but if you are charged customs tax or import duty. You will be responsible to pay all additional costs.
Costs vary depending on value of your order, you might like to check this before your order with your local authority. We cannot supply you with this information.
Wrapping is so important to us at Southwood Stores and your order will arrive in tissue paper tied with twine. Tiny items will arrive in pretty paper bags The outer packaging may not always be as pretty as the inside as we are doing our best to be eco-friendly and we re-use boxes wherever possible.
All prices are correct at the time of going to press, inclusive of VAT at the current rate. We do, however, reserve the right to change the price and specification of products without prior notice.
GUARANTEE & RETURNS
We hope that you will be totally happy with your order. But on the rare occasion you are unhappy, please notify us within 24 hours of receipt either by phone or email. Items should be returned in their original condition within 7 days.
Please note that we are not responsible for return postage so we recommend that you obtain proof of postage or for high value items, we would also advise that you use registered post.
We will process your refund as soon as we receive your parcel. We will not grant a refund or exchange on any product that fails to reach us.
